Water heater burst — flooding hallway

Description

The water heater in my unit burst this morning. Water is actively flooding the hallway outside Unit 204. I've turned off the water main but the carpet is soaked. Please send someone immediately.

EMERGENCY: Active water damage in progress. Risk of structural damage, mold, and electrical hazard. Recommend dispatching licensed plumber within 1–2 hours. Tenant has mitigated by shutting off main — confirm water is fully off. Document water-damaged areas for insurance claim. Inspect adjacent units (203, 205) for seepage.
